2012 Schedules (soon)

Schedules are posted based upon the Selection of Events given to the City staff.

Staff developed tournament brackets, seeded teams, determined times, dates, and locations by reviewing past performance when available. Teams that received medals or placed in the top four last year were given preferential seeding over new or returning teams this year. Every effort was made to ensure "byes" were given to all teams entered in the competition.

Please note the following when reading tournament brackets and draws:

1. Most competitions operate under a Single-Elimination Format. This simply means that teams that win moves on in the competition and teams that lose are eliminated from that competition. The exception is the semi-final round. The loser of this round plays another game to determine 3rd and 4th place.
2. Teams are asked to report to the assigned location at least 15 minutes before scheduled time. Employees are encouraged to carry picture identification with them to all events. Proper ID includes Company ID with picture, Driver’s License and Check Stub, Driver's License and Company Credit Card, etc.
3. Tournament bracketing may require teams to play multiple games in one day. Please review brackets carefully to make sure your teams know the correct location and times they are scheduled to play.
4. Some events like Flag Football, Team Triathlon, 5K & 10K Runs, and Adventure Race require teams to check-in at the appointed time. Event instructions will be given at that time.
5. Team Unity Award points will be given to the teams that demonstrate the most team spirit during the competition. Individual medals will be given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each sport.
