JD PROBASCO SPIRIT AWARD

The Team Unity Award has been renamed to honor JD Probasco who passed away from a rare blood disease. JD's larger than life's presence was seen at Billiards, Table Tennis, Flag Football, 5K, and Tug-O-War over the years. 25 Spirit Award Points will be given for participation in the events listed below. Community Service hours will determine a winner if a tie occurs.

Take pictures of your favorite event, your team, Opening & Closing Ceremonies, the Health & Fitness Fair or anything that represents the spirit and competition of the Corporate games.  Submit up to 10 images per company by May 10, 2010 .  Please e-mail one image at a time to Laura Johnson ljohnson@cityofventura.net.  Please read all the rules and guidelines before submitting photos.

HEALTH & FITNESS FAIR

April 7
California Plaza

Opening Ceremonies includes a Health & Fitness Fair and the traditional Run/Walk/ Jog event. Course (1 mile) begins at the parking lot below Eric Erickson's heading north to Surfer's Point Park and back. Participation is unlimited.

SAND SCULPTURE CONTEST Theme = "Disney Memories"

May 15
Harbor Cove Beach

Participants will have three hours to complete their sand sculptures. Judging will be based upon originality, creative design, and attention to details. Theme: Disney Memories.

T-SHIRT CONTEST  Theme = "The Challenge Continues"
